Job summary

MyNRMA is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Lead (Membership) to drive change management across the Membership portfolio and coordinate internal communications for the division. The role operates across Agile and traditional delivery, partnering with Business, Product, Technology, Marketing and Compliance.

You will deliver readiness plans, stakeholder engagements and integrated Membership communications, including Town Halls and executive messaging, in a hybrid Sydney-based role

Qualifications

• Change management certification with practical application.
• 5+ years’ experience in change management and internal communications.
• Experience delivering change and communications across multiple concurrent projects using Agile or traditional delivery.
• Experience planning internal communications for a business unit across multiple channels.
• Excellent written, verbal and editorial skills and ability to tailor messages by audience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify affected groups and scale change responses.
• Develop and deliver integrated change, communication, engagement and readiness plans aligned to milestones.
• Maintain an integrated Membership change view, manage dependencies and adoption risks.
• Prepare frontline and contact centre teams with practical readiness materials.
• Draft, edit and publish internal communications across Viva Engage, email and other channels.
• Plan and manage Membership Town Halls and CX communications for senior leaders.
• Measure reach and engagement and apply insights to improve future activity.
