Seven Consulting invites applications for a Senior Change Analyst to join our contracting pool. You will work with clients across change management to deliver high-quality outcomes, while partnering with senior team members on engagements.

Responsibilities include taking briefs, analysing business changes, presenting to stakeholders, and applying PM/Agile methods. We value professionalism, resilience, empathy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles.
• Bachelor's degree (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioural Science or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice.

Responsibilities

• Taking briefs from clients.
• Analysing a client's business, especially where there is potential impact from change.
• Meeting and presenting to stakeholders, including preparing business documents and slides.
• Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project to lead to desired outcomes.
• Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining relationships, and supporting the project team.
