Seven Consulting is seeking a Senior Change Analyst to work with clients across change management. You will collaborate with senior team members on engagements and help deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes understanding client briefs, analysing impacts, and supporting stakeholders throughout delivery. This position is part of our Change Management Practice, with opportunities to contribute, learn, and grow within a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery and/or PMO roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Take briefs from clients and understand change needs.
• Analyse client business and identify change impact.
• Prepare and present to stakeholders with documents and slides.
• Propose tactics to manage organisational change for projects.
• Execute plans, schedule, report progress, raise risks and issues.
• Apply PMO principles and agile/waterfall methods; support recipients of change.
