Job summary

Magistrates' Court of Victoria in Warrnambool seeks an experienced Advanced Case Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants in the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP). You will provide advanced, holistic case management, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to develop tailored plans that promote recovery and reduce risk.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in relevant field (Diploma minimum; degree desirable).
Experience managing clients with complex needs in a forensic or related context.
Knowledge of mental health, AOD, homelessness or family violence is highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication, with stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced case management using a strengths-based, evidence-informed approach.
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct assessments and develop person-centred support and treatment plans.
Identify and manage risk to clients and others.
