Job summary

Court Services Victoria invites applications for an Advanced Case Manager position at the Dandenong site within the Courts Group. This role focuses on high-level case management for clients with complex mental health and disability supports, coordinating services and contributing to positive court outcomes.

You will mentor junior case managers and work within a multidisciplinary team to drive practice improvements across the ARC and CISP programs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification (minimum Diploma level; degree level highly desirable) relevant to case management practice.
• Experience in case management of clients with complex needs is highly desirable.
• Experience in coaching/mentoring case managers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced, strengths-based case management to clients with complex psychosocial needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop person-centred support and treatment plans.
• Coordinate access to housing, mental health, AOD services, family violence interventions and other supports.
• Identify and manage client risks using risk management and harm minimisation strategies.
• Prepare high-quality court reports and provide advice to the Court.
• Coach and mentor case managers, sharing specialist knowledge.
• Build relationships with judiciary, legal professionals, community services and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen service delivery and outcomes.
