Court Services Victoria is seeking an Advanced Case Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for participants in the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP). The role covers the Warrnambool Barwon South Western region, providing holistic case management to individuals with complex needs, including mental illness, homelessness, and AOD issues.

You will assess, plan, and coordinate tailored supports, working with clients and stakeholders to promote recovery, safety, and stability.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (social work, psychology, welfare, AOD, or related)
• Experience delivering case management to clients with complex needs
• Knowledge of mental health, disability, AOD, family violence, homelessness, or related areas
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
