Be Caring is seeking a seasoned Lead Coordinator for LIFE in Newcastle. You will lead a small team of Co-ordinators, plan care across LIFE services, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure safety, person-centred support and CQC compliance.

You will drive quality, manage rotas, and oversee on-call duties, with benefits including training, development, and on-call pay. This senior role shapes the experience of people with learning disabilities and autism in our community.

Formación

• Experience in a coordination or scheduling role, ideally within health, social care or a similarly complex service.
• Experience of managing or supporting a team.
• Proven ability to prioritise work, stay focused under pressure and manage competing demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with colleagues, families and external professionals.
• A values-driven, person-centred approach.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities and Autism (desirable)

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the coordination of care and rotas for LIFE services.
• Manage rota production and ensure care plans are met.
• Lead the coordination team and support the Operations Manager.
• Ensure data input in the care management system is accurate and up to date.
• Respond to alerts and manage ECM and RoadRunner effectively.
• Carry out on-call duties on a rota basis, including overnight and weekends.
