Job summary

Queensland Pathways State College in Brisbane seeks a Head of Campus - Metropolitan South to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Coorparoo and Mount Gravatt campuses. You will lead the college's educational vision, strengthen teaching and learning, and ensure high-quality student support to re-engage learners toward QCE and post-school pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience leading curriculum, teaching and learning in senior schooling.
• Strong record of building partnerships with families and community organisations.
• Strategic and analytical capability using evidence to shape priorities.
• Ability to manage people, finances and facilities to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence and oversee day-to-day operations across two campuses.
• Translate strategic direction into campus priorities using data on achievement and wellbeing.
• Coach and develop staff through collaboration and professional learning.
• Ensure coordinated educational and wellbeing support to help students achieve QCE and post-school pathways.
• Engage families, schools, agencies and industry to support student success.
• Oversee budgets, facilities, risk and compliance across both sites.
