• Experience in leading professional learning and building teacher capability.

Aufgaben

• Lead implementation and quality assurance of Essential English, Essential Mathematics, and Short Course Literacy and Numeracy across nine campuses.
• Support teachers to plan, deliver, assess, and moderate high‑quality curriculum aligned with QCAA requirements.
• Use student achievement and wellbeing data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with campus leaders to support students and improve pathways to further learning, training, and employment.
• Develop and review resources and assessment materials to promote consistency and quality across campuses.
• Support use of digital technologies (QLearn) to enhance teaching and learning.
