Job summary

Qantas Airways' Loyalty team is seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst - Operations to drive and consult on the overall campaign process for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members and customers across multiple initiatives, via various marketing channels.

You'll maintain multiple data flows and campaigns, streamline internal processes, and make systems seamless for the team, while acting as the SME in data, workflows, and process automation to deliver practical improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Campaign Operations/ Campaign Management.
• Advanced skills with SQL and large-scale relational databases.
• Keep a pulse on workflows and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide technical support to internal and external teams.
• Act as the link between tech and business teams to solve challenges.
• Strong data privacy and data ethics awareness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline campaigns for efficiency.
• Understanding of Loyalty markets and competitive environment.
• Able to work autonomously or in a team; strong communication skills.
• Experience in Campaign Management platforms (Adobe Campaign, Teradata, Salesforce).
• Experience in data visualization tools (Alation, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense) is highly regarded.
