Role Description

As a Senior Buyers Agent at MCA Buyers Agency, you will lead and manage end-to-end property acquisition processes for residential buyers in Sydney, NSW. In this full-time role, you will conduct market research, source and inspect properties, analyze comparables, and prepare recommendations to align with client goals and budgets. You will represent buyers during negotiations, manage communications with selling agents, and oversee due diligence, including contract reviews and coordination with legal and financial professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, preparing property reports, and contributing to team knowledge sharing and process improvements. You will work both onsite across Sydney for inspections and client meetings, and in the office for research, reporting, and client follow-up.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with an active class 1 Real Estate License and proven experience in Residential Real Estate.
• Demonstrated expertise in Buyer Representation and Sales, including negotiating purchase terms and closing transactions.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Solid knowledge of the Sydney property market, including emerging trends, pricing, and local regulations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing abilities to evaluate property value and investment potential.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling client information and financial matters.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, business, or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory.
