FOUNDIT in Sydney’s Inner West is seeking a Sydney-based, licensed Estate Agent to join our full-time team. You will engage with diverse clients from first-home buyers to investors, source opportunities, and deliver tailored buying strategies.

The role requires at least 2 years in real estate, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with founders. Travel for property inspections is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Estate Agent based in Sydney.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate, property buying or investment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Self-motivated with initiative, able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Proficient with Google Suite, CRM platforms & property portals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand property goals and tailor buying strategies.
• Source on-market and off-market opportunities aligned with briefs.
• Conduct market analysis, prepare due diligence reports, provide advice.
• Attend inspections and private viewings as required.
• Capture and deliver property walk-through videos.
• Build relationships with local selling agents.
• Stay across market trends and suburb insights.
• Maintain CRM and track leads and client activity.
