Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Buyers Agent to join our premium Sydney team. You’ll manage buyers from inquiry through settlement, sourcing on- and off-market opportunities and negotiating private treaties.

This high-autonomy role rewards elite performance with uncapped commissions and strong admin and marketing support. You’ll bring a proven track record in the Sydney market, exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a valid NSW Real Estate Licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a buyers agent is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney property market.
• Proven negotiation and acquisition track record.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded and client-focused.
• Class 1 or Class 2 NSW Real Estate Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage buyers from inquiry through settlement.
• Source and secure on- & off-market opportunities.
• Conduct property assessments and due diligence.
• Negotiate private treaty and represent clients at auction.
• Build agent, referral and client networks.
• Manage your own portfolio with the backing of an established team.
