Qualifications

• Previous residential real estate experience essential.
• Sound understanding of residential property sales.
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License.
• Immaculate presentation and confident, professional communication.
• Reliable car, driver's license and Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with residential sales agents.
• Source off-market properties matching client requirements.
• Inspect and assess premium residential properties.
• Conduct pricing research and detailed due diligence.
• Assist with negotiations and property acquisitions.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, brokers and agents.
