Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks an experienced Senior Buyer to join our Sydney team. This is a hands-on, strategic procurement role covering sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, cost optimisation and governance across a diverse project portfolio.

You will work with local and international suppliers to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Sets operational objectives and delivers results with significant impact.
• Manage RFQ processes and supplier negotiations.
• Negotiate and manage long-term price agreements for critical systems (Security, HVAC, Refrigeration).
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve procurement issues and expediting deliveries.
