Responsibilities

• Work on a quality SME portfolio (typically $1m–$10m turnover).
• Deliver sharp compliance and practical advisory that lifts GP, cash flow, and discipline.
• Build and refine tech-enabled workflows (Xero, FYI, Ignition, AI tools, automation).
• Collaborate with the team, set high standards, and roll your sleeves up.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business services; CA/CPA qualified.
• Strong tax and structuring skills across companies, trusts, and groups.
