Job summary

The Accounting Division is seeking a CA-qualified Senior Accountant to join a modern advisory-focused firm. You will work directly with business owners to translate numbers into strategic decisions, while still handling compliance.

The role blends advisory growth with traditional accounting duties, with mentoring opportunities and a hybrid work arrangement. You’ll contribute to proactive planning, budgeting and cash-flow analysis, expanding advisory services as the firm grows and delivering

Qualifications

• CA-qualified Senior Accountant with a focus on advisory services.
• Experience in reviewing financial statements and tax returns.
• Ability to provide strategic business advice to owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across industries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work.
• Deliver proactive tax planning and business advisory services.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections and reports.
• Support clients with business planning and strategic decisions.
• Liaise with the ATO and external organisations.
• Review work and mentor junior accountants.
