• Manage and build strong client relationships, delivering proactive and commercially focused advice

• Oversee tax compliance including income tax and FBT returns
• Partner with senior leaders on complex advisory matters
• Mentor and support junior team members within a collaborative environment
• Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and expand service offerings
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm
• Driving process improvements and supporting finance transformation initiatives
• Assisting with ad hoc reporting, projects and business support activities
