Job summary

AT Business Advisors, based at Norwest Business Park, is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to support senior staff with year-end compliance across individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts. You will prepare financial statements, tax returns and lodgements for BAS/IAS/PAYG, while maintaining cloud-based processes.

You will liaise with clients, manage workloads, and deliver under deadlines in a supportive, professional team environment with modern cloud systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Degree qualified in accounting, with CA or CPA in progress or completed.
• Solid working knowledge of Xero; XPM and FYI are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a cloud-based, paperless office.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Job description

We are looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our business services team. Working alongside and supporting our senior accountants, you will assist with year-end compliance work across a range of entity types, with plenty of exposure to interesting client work and room to build your technical skills.

Key responsibilities

Assisting senior staff with the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts

About you
