Job summary

Hart Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Accountant to work closely with SMEs, start-ups, family groups, high net-worth individuals and international subsidiaries. You will regularly contact clients and prepare/review BAS, tax returns and financials for various entities, while handling advisory research and management accounting needs.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• CA or CPA qualification or completion in progress.

Responsibilities

• Regular contact with your own clients.
• Prepare and review BAS, FBT, tax returns and financials for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.
• Exposure to tax issues including Div7A, CGT, small business concessions, GST, payroll tax.
• Management accounting and reporting requirements for clients.
• Assist manager with research on advisory matters.

• Management accounting and reporting requirements for clients
• Assist manager with research on advisory matters

The candidate:

• Approximately 5 years or more professional experience in an Australian accounting firm
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• CA or CPA qualified or upon completion
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A driven and enthusiastic can-do attitude
