Job summary

Advance Delivery Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to own process mapping and documentation for marketing workflows. This role focuses on campaigns, templates, and content governance, requiring strong functional analysis and cross-team collaboration.

The successful candidate will map current-to-future state processes, run BVTs, and help drive process improvements across marketing and communications functions from the Sydney area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a process-heavy environment.
• Strong experience with XMLs and process validation techniques.
• Experience mapping and documenting cross-functional processes for marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to map end-to-end processes for campaigns, templates, and content workflows.
• Lead process mapping of templates, identifying interdependencies and gaps.
• Conduct Business Verification Testing (BVT) to ensure alignment with business expectations before rollout.
• Document current-state vs future-state processes, identifying bottlenecks and risks.
• Translate functional requirements into structured process documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
• Facilitate workshops and process walkthroughs with stakeholders to validate needs.
• Support governance of communication templates—tracking changes, approvals, and ownership across teams.
• Maintain understanding of business objectives to align improvements with strategic goals.
