HCF is seeking a Senior Business Insights Analyst to provide data-driven support across the Private Health Insurance business in Sydney. You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver actionable insights and data products that drive value-based care and member growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAS, Snowflake and Tableau to deliver actionable insights.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Strong data quality and governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data, analytics and insight solutions.
• Analyse membership, claims, benefits, revenue, industry data and KPIs to identify trends and generate insights.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to answer complex business questions and support informed decisions.
• Deliver accurate reporting to support budgets, forecasts and ad hoc requirements.
• Maintain data assets with testing and issue resolution to ensure data quality.
