Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in business banking, commercial lending or customer-facing financial services.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships.
• Experience delivering tailored financial solutions that support customer outcomes.
• Sound understanding of lending, credit assessment and interpretation of customer financials.
• Proactive approach to business development and identifying opportunities within your portfolio.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
