NAB is seeking a Senior Agribusiness Manager to join the Regional & Agribusiness team in Moree. You will manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers, delivering fully integrated financial solutions and advisory services while growing new business through proactive relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Agribusiness sector enabling credibility with customers.
• Ability to structure deals and assess large/complex transactions.
• Strong financial acumen and risk understanding in banking contexts.
• Proven track record of growing sales through proactive business development and deep relationships.
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills to deliver mutual value.

Responsibilities

• Pro-active management of pre- and post-farm-gate Agribusiness customers with integrated solutions.
• Own a portfolio, grow a diverse mix of premium Agribusiness clients and manage complex enterprises.
• Provide financial advisory services and integrated financial solutions including risk management.
• Use commercial insight to understand customers and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
