NAB is seeking a Business Banking Manager 3 in Australia to join the Regional & Agribusiness team. You will manage a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness customers, delivering tailored banking solutions and advice while maintaining risk and compliance standards.

You’ll leverage your market knowledge to identify opportunities, educate customers on options, and prepare lending proposals to support growth. This role emphasizes customer-centric banking and strong relationship management.

• Maintain strong risk and compliance disciplines while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You’ll bring to this role:

• A degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline (advantageous).
• Experience in business banking, commercial lending or a customer-facing financial services role.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining trusted customer relationships.
• Experience delivering tailored financial solutions that support customer outcomes.
• Sound understanding of lending, credit assessment and the interpretation of customer financials.
• A proactive approach to business development and identifying new opportunities within your portfolio.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
