Job summary

Hrishi Digital Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, discovery and analysis for the SharePoint Options and Transition Plan project, collaborating with vendors and the Project Manager for a 12-week engagement.

You will document business processes, options, timelines and recommendations, applying BA techniques and ensuring traceability and compliance with information management policies in a government context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering requirements, planning, design and options analysis for SharePoint environments and integrations such as Nintex.
• Experience documenting business processes and information management policies with traceability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, interviews and focus groups to elicit and document requirements.
• Conduct walkthroughs to validate outputs and obtain approvals.
• Provide BA support for options and timeline requirements for SharePoint options and transition plan output.
• Document requirements, objectives, processes, workflows and work instructions using BA techniques.
• Deliver project documentation on time and to quality standards per scope.
• Manage sensitive information in line with information management policies.
