Data#3 is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a long‑term contract role. The position focuses on Information & Records Management, SharePoint implementation, and digital content ecosystems, supporting large‑scale enterprise modernisation projects in document management, content governance, metadata design, workflow automation, and information lifecycle management.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience delivering large and complex ICT projects
• Demonstrated experience in SharePoint configuration requirements, including sites, libraries, lists, and workflows
• Strong capability in business process modelling (BPMN/UML)
• Ability to manage ambiguity and provide structured recommendations
• Experience with enterprise records management platforms (e.g., Objective, Content Manager, Records365, etc.)
• Exposure to document/content migration projects
• Experience across government, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Business, IT, Information Management, or related discipline (desirable)
• CBAP, BABOK, or similar certification (advantageous)
