PropertyMe Pty is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather, document and validate business needs for our cloud-based platform. You will translate user needs into requirements for ALM, working with Product Managers, Designers, SMEs and engineers to deliver value.

With 5+ years in requirement gathering and 2+ years in software development analysis, you will map processes, create user stories, and support agile delivery across B2B/B2C web and mobile apps in the property sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in leading requirements gathering and modelling.
• Experience translating needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Strong facilitation and workshops experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, SMEs, engineers and clients to define scope.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end workflows, user flows and high-level stories.
• Lead elicitation workshops and validate market requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist with backlog refinement and ensuring features align with business goals.
