Job summary

Xplor Search Pty Ltd is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for a role focused on trading systems workflows within an investment banking context. You will engage across stakeholders, map processes, and drive improvements in equities-related workflows.

The position requires extensive business analysis experience in capital markets, strong Agile practices, and familiarity with SQL for data work. It is a hybrid Sydney-based role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Many years of Business Analysis experience within capital markets / investment banking.
• Experience with equities and financial instruments.
• Strong Agile delivery and collaboration across stakeholders.
