Job summary

PropertyMe, Australiara’s leading PropTech, is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to gather, validate and document user needs for our cloud-based property management platform. You will liaise with Product Managers, Designers, SMEs, software engineers and clients to translate needs into product releases within PropertyMe’s ALM lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in requirements gathering and 2+ years in software development analysis, with Agile/SCRUM exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with high-volume B2B/B2C web and mobile platforms.
• Exposure to Agile/SCRUM development environments.
• Experience in Real Estate/PropTech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, SMEs, engineers and clients to capture and translate needs into features.
• Document business requirements and create end-to-end process flows and user stories.
• Refine product backlog and specify market requirements through research and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for integrations and conduct demonstrations and training.
