Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale customer and data migration projects.
• Proficient in capturing requirements and user stories in Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience documenting customer journeys, process flows, and SOPs.
• Working knowledge of merchant terminal, POS, AS2805 messaging, ecommerce and payment gateways.
• Familiar with BABOK Knowledge Areas and Agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to gather, organise and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, concerns and environment to deliver goals.
• Collaborate with change management to identify impacts to business processes and technology.
• Identify project delivery issues and risks; assist with mitigations and escalate when needed.
• Liaise with external suppliers as required.
