You will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and drive improvements that align with our long-term strategy and values.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analysis, transformation, consulting or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering outcomes within complex strategic change and transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic projects and transformation initiatives, including merger integration, regulatory, technology and business change programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to support portfolio governance, prioritisation and informed decision-making across the Strategic Project Portfolio.
• Analyse complex business challenges, identify risks and opportunities, and develop practical solutions that support organisational objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable outcomes that inform the design and delivery of business and technology solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to resolve issues, build alignment and drive successful project outcomes.
• Lead or contribute to business analysis activities, including discovery, scoping, business cases, process design and operating model improvement.
• Simplify complex information and provide insights that support effective communication, planning and decision-making.
