Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the superannuation industry.
• Strong understanding of superannuation operations, products, legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering business transformation, regulatory change or technology implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong experience producing business requirements, process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
• Previous experience within insurance or broader financial services will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements across complex transformation initiatives.
