Woolworths Group’s Everyday Insurance division seeks a Senior Business Analyst to provide trusted financial partnership, driving performance, insights and continuous improvement for growth initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end financials, commercial modelling and risk assessment to support portfolio opportunities and optimise unit economics across the Everyday Insurance portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of post-CA or CPA qualification experience in a complex commercial environment.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, driver-based forecasting and data analysis for executive stakeholders.
• Strong strategic and end-to-end thinking linking commercial activities to broader goals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and storyboarding skills for senior partners.
• Proficiency with finance and data systems; SAP, GCP, Excel and Google Applications valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial oversight, P&L delivery, budgeting and rolling driver-based forecasting across Insurance and Services.
• Drive financial modelling, stress-testing and business case analysis for initiatives and partnerships.
• Deliver actionable commercial insights and lead reviews to optimise cost-to-serve and portfolio margins.
• Collaborate with leadership to influence decisions on product launches and strategic directions.
• Support budgeting, OKR alignment and long-term strategy with deep data analysis and unit economics.
