Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Everyday Insurance to act as a trusted financial partner, driving performance, insights and continuous improvement across the group. You will lead end-to-end financial oversight, commercial modelling and risk assessment to support major growth initiatives and optimise unit economics across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of post-CA or CPA qualification experience in a complex commercial environment.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling and forecasting with data-driven insights for executive stakeholders.
• Strong ability to link commercial activity to broader business goals and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight, P&L delivery, budgeting and rolling driver-based forecasting across Insurance and Services.
• Drive financial modelling, stress-testing and business case analyses for initiatives and partnerships.
• Deliver actionable commercial insights and lead reviews to optimise costs and portfolio margins.
• Partner with leadership to influence decisions on new products and strategic directions.
• Support long-term strategy, OKR alignment and unit economics evaluations.
• Collaborate on actuarial risk assessments and underwriting analytics to ensure portfolio profitability.
• Promote agile, continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting.
