Qualifications

• Experience using data and analytics to drive commercial outcomes.
• Experience in pricing, COGS, or range analysis is preferred.
• Retail or commercial environment experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication with Category Managers and leads.

Responsibilities

• Be at the heart of a multi-year transformation shaping the future of commercial retail trading.
• Partner with commercial leaders to unlock insights and shape key commercial decisions.
• Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable analysis.
• Uncover margin and growth opportunities across pricing, range, COGS, and supplier investment.
• Track outcomes and monitor progress across transformation projects.
• Provide user-friendly tools and standardized processes to improve speed and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and analytics teams to ensure data flow and tool iteration.
• Prepare clear, insight-led presentations and data summaries for governance forums.
• Foster a collaborative team culture delivering shared outcomes.
