Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology transformation program within a leading Utility. The role will support an complex, system upgrade, focused on upgrading critical network management systems and improving business processes.

The candidate should have 7+ years of BA experience with complex technology implementations, and proven stakeholder management, requirements gathering and process mapping skills. Energy sector experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in complex technology implementations.
• Energy / Utilities industry experience – mandatory.
• Strong business process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with system integrations, testing and change management.
• Proficiency in Visio, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in Electricity distribution, Regulatory programs, ADMS, DMS or OMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support a multi-year technology transformation program.
• Assist in upgrading critical network management systems.
• Help improve business processes across the energy program.
