Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to contribute to a major technology transformation program in the energy sector. The role focuses on upgrading critical network management systems and improving business processes within a leading utility.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of business analysis experience, energy/utilities domain expertise, and a proven ability to map complex business processes, gather requirements, and manage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in complex technology implementations.
• Energy/Utilities industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong business process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with system integrations, testing and change management.
• Proficiency in Visio, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in Electricity distribution, Regulatory programs, ADMS, DMS or OMS is highly desirable.
• 12 month ongoing contract with multi extension opportunities.
• Work on a complex energy program.
• Stable team with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for the energy program and drive requirements definitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future processes.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure clear traceability of requirements.
• Collaborate with IT for system integrations, testing, and change management.
