Job summary

Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide a team across complex transformation programs. You will oversee analysis, design and development of deliverables, ensuring clear requirements and prioritisation aligned to business needs.

A strong data mindset, leadership and knowledge of financial markets are essential. You will lead the analysis across the full lifecycle, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in BA practices.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of dedicated business analysis experience in complex/transformation programs.
• Experience in front/middle/back office or risk/product areas in financial markets.
• A solid understanding of clearing and derivative products and market infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of Business Analysts across delivery lifecycles.
• Plan resources, forecast requirements and manage backlogs with stakeholders.
• Collaborate to elicit, document and validate detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, traceable requirements and models.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to change management and training.
