Qualifications

• Eight or more years of dedicated business analysis experience.
• Experience in front, middle or back office, risk or product areas in financial markets.
• Solid understanding of clearing and derivative products.
• Strong financial markets domain knowledge and stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience leading BA teams on large, complex projects.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Extensive data analysis, data modelling and mapping experience.
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong requirements management including scoping, elicitation and change control.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and support a team of BAs across complex transformation initiatives.
• Plan and allocate BA resources and forecast analysis requirements.
• Lead BA activities from discovery through to execution and embedment.
• Refine, prioritise and manage backlogs with project teams.
• Elicit, analyse and document detailed business, functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, traceable requirements.
• Document business processes and operating models for new platforms.
• Identify and manage program risks, assumptions and dependencies.
• Support data model and data flow design.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate iterations.
• Contribute to change management and training materials.
• Coach and develop BAs with Platform Leadership and Delivery teams.
• Develop and evolve business analysis practices and standards.
• Participate in the BA Capability Community of Practice.
• Take on cross‑functional coordination when required.
