Job summary

CareCone Group in Sydney is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to elicit and document business and functional requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across the project lifecycle. You will conduct gap analyses, map processes, and prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria while leading workshops and UAT activities.

The role requires strong experience in capital markets/asset management, end-to-end trade lifecycle, and proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets/Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of investment management, portfolio management, securities, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and trade lifecycle.
• Experience in front-, middle-, or back-office processes.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
