Job summary

Elysium Digital in Canberra is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead large-scale digital and technology initiatives. You will work across business and technical teams, translating complex needs into practical solutions and facilitating stakeholder conversations.

In a collaborative project environment, you will engage with senior stakeholders, architects, developers, data specialists and external vendors to support the delivery of modern digital platforms and business improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive Business Analysis experience within digital or technology projects.
• Strong requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation capabilities.
• Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog artefacts.
• Business process mapping and process improvement expertise.
• Experience documenting integrations, interfaces and data flows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exposure to testing, UAT and delivery support activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced and evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements discovery sessions.
• Analyse complex business problems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Elicit, document and manage business and technical requirements.
• Produce high-quality artefacts including: User stories, Acceptance criteria, Process maps, Business rules, Requirements documentation, Traceability matrices.
• Document system integrations, data flows and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design activities.
• Support testing, validation, defect triage and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, project teams and delivery partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and modern delivery practices.
