Job summary

Talent in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Digital Case Management System program with Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise.

You will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder workshops while ensuring traceability and clear BA reporting. This 6-month contract is for a Government Agency environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong CRM knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics experience.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Proficiency in Visio, Office, Jira and SharePoint; BPMN 2.0 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and consultations to gather requirements.
• Map business processes and requirements to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Digital Case Management System program. This role will suit a highly capable Business Analyst with strong CRM knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
