Job summary

Victorian Government is seeking a Business Analyst to drive CRM Dynamics 365 initiatives within the Regulatory Transaction Services portfolio at Melbourne CBD. The role involves gathering business requirements, data analysis and coordinating across multiple departments to support RTS transformation.

You will contribute to business case development and ensure delivery of clear business value, working in a hybrid environment on a 3-month contract with day-rate support.

Project

The Business analyst will develop and successfully manage The Regulatory Transaction Services (RTS) projects in line with RTS strategy and will contribute to the creation and maintenance of business cases for RTS projects to ensure the delivery of clear business value.

Role

The role will deliver projects relating to the RTS business plan and initiatives and support the effective administration and development of the RTS’ functions. This will include effective business requirements gathering, data analysis and project management. The position may also be required to work in and contribute to other projects across Regulatory Services.
