Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a Digital Case Management System project in Australia. The role focuses on CRM capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics, driving requirements from workshops to implementation and ensuring traceability.

You will lead analysis activities across the lifecycle, map processes to CRM functionality, and validate solutions through walkthroughs while engaging stakeholders and maintaining thorough BA documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business environments.
• Strong CRM knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Digital Case Management System program. This role will suit a highly capable Business Analyst with strong CRM knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
