Job summary

Victorian Government is seeking a Business Analyst to drive CRM Dynamics 365 initiatives within the Regulatory Transaction Services portfolio at Melbourne CBD. The role involves gathering business requirements, data analysis and coordinating across multiple departments to support RTS transformation.

You will contribute to business case development and ensure delivery of clear business value, working in a hybrid environment on a 3-month contract with day-rate support.

Qualifications

• Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience with online portals.
• Full SDLC experience - requirements gathering through testing and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business units.
• Ability to work within strict regulatory-change timelines.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the development and implementation of RTS projects and activities contributing to the transformation program and process improvements.
• Coordinate stakeholder input into projects and drive the completion of projects to meet organisational goals and deadlines.
• Provide effective reporting to management on the status of projects, issues and outcomes.
• Develop business requirements, process maps and related documentation to support RTS transformation and ICT projects.
