Job summary

Randstad Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirement captures, optimise complex processes, and shape key digital solutions within an Agile framework. This 3-month contract offers hybrid work in Brisbane and a dynamic government-facing environment.

You will drive user stories, BPMN diagrams, and stakeholder workshops, collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Brisbane-based candidates with unlimited rights are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in business requirements capture, process modelling, and requirements testing within a government environment.
• Hands-on experience with Squiz Matrix implementations and understanding of its architecture.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering solutions through Agile iteration and sprint cycles using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Advanced proficiency with BPMN software and drawing tools, such as MS Visio.
• Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience applying Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies.
