Job summary

Randstad Brisbane is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst - Business Design Specialist to guide operating models and drive continuous improvement across a complex enterprise. You will mentor teams, shape strategic alignment, and enable business transformation across units.

The role requires expertise in business design thinking, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of roadmaps, operating models, and executive-level materials.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and practical application of business design thinking and continuous improvement methodologies such as Human-Centred Design and Service Design.
• High-level strategic, structured, and analytical thinking skills to solve complex problems and mitigate business risks collaboratively.
• Proven track record in building strong stakeholder relationships, presenting design solutions, and influencing outcomes across a complex enterprise organization.
• High-level written and oral communication skills, with experience preparing business cases, detailed reports, and executive presentations.
• Sound knowledge of continuous improvement and project management frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Waterfall, with relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
