Job summary

BESIX Watpac seeks an experienced Services Manager to lead the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on a large-scale project in South Australia.

The role requires driving safety policies, managing documentation across mechanical, electrical, security, ICT and hydraulic services, and aligning with project budgets and schedules. Strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline with solid industry experience.
• Experience on large-scale projects and managing complex building services packages.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and testing of essential and advanced building services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive safety policies and procedures in compliance with OH&S requirements.
• Manage Building Services documentation packages across Mechanical, Electrical, Security, ICT and Hydraulic.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure documentation meets specifications, budgets and programme.
• Oversee coordination and review all documentation for design input adequacy.
• Participate in subcontractor selection.
• Monitor progress and quality of services installation and commissioning; participate in handover.
