BESIX Watpac, a major Australian construction company, seeks an experienced Services Manager to lead the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on a large project in Victoria. The role emphasizes safety leadership and effective coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, ICT and Hydraulic disciplines.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic services with solid industry experience.
• Experience on large-scale projects managing complex building services packages.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Sound understanding of OHS Act and Building Code of Australia.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive safety policies and OH&S compliance for a safe workplace.
• Design and coordinate building services packages (MEP/ICT/Hydraulic).
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet specifications, budgets and schedule.
• Oversee documentation and ensure adequacy of design input.
• Participate in subcontractor selection and engagement.
• Monitor installation/commissioning progress and support project handover.
